Nils Oman is the principal behind KT.
I was born and grew up in Sweden. I had my first paid job when I was 10. My parents bought a café and I was drafted to work there. The early exposure to the commercial world taught me you can make a living without having a JOB!
I have always enjoyed coaching. I paid for my first car and the running costs by coaching other students.
I arrived to Australia in 1980, met a lovely girl, got married and got two boys!
I spent a lot of time in the 80’s thinking about how you get your money to work as hard as you do. I read books, went to many self improvement seminars and spoke to a lot of people. Finally I arrived at property as the vehicle for making my money work for me. In 1991 I bought my first investment property. Australia went into a 4 year long recession in 1991 so the going was quite tough. However I hang in there and today that property has trippled in value! I have continued building my portfolio since then. Today I run several strategies. I love property development. I also do Buy and Hold and renovation.
