The Buyers Advocate you use MUST also be an active investor. A good sales or buyers agent should be able to tell you the correct price for a given property as of today. But he has no idea about the investment aspect of the property. What makes a property a good investment with good appreciation, good return, attractive to the tenants etc is only understood by the active professional investor!
