Mentoring
We are quite flexible as far as mentoring goes. Every client is in a different place in life and therefor requires different type of mentoring. Nils is a Life Coach too so he can coach you in the broader life issues as well as property specific questions.
At the end of the day you want to invest in property to give you as better life so Life Coaching and Property Mentoring fits very well together.
Our suggested approach to the mentoring is that we meet face-to-face for a day and have a broad discussion about your life, your ambitions and how property investing fits into that. We also decide how we are going to proceed from now on. This is very much dependent on your current situation and your ambitions. We will also discuss the fees involved. We believe in providing value for money so you will find our fees reasonable. For the first days consultation we charge $500.
During the mentoring we will show you how we select property, the tools we use and everything else in our arsenal that you need.
